I called them to do them a favor. Invite them to a free investment expo benefiting Toys for Tots. They immediately assumed I was going to sell them something and hung up on me. No wonder their rating is so low!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.



I wish they had the option of a negative star rating because my experience with Grubb Co. has been absolutely atrocious. For all future home buyers and sellers please DO NOT do any business with this establishment.



I met the president himself and have never felt so disrespected in my life. He seems to have a distaste for people of color. He is very pompous, condescending, and demeaning. I've unfortunately done business with this company, but after seeing how they treat people from the top down I wouldn't do it again. Their mission statement claims to treat people equally regardless of whether they're looking for a home priced at $400,000 or $4 million. However, after purchasing a property from them in what most would consider the higher end of that price range, I can only imagine what the president does with the money he ruthlessly takes from those looking in the lower end of that range.



I find it terribly sad and disheartening that a supposedly high-principled company could be so deceiving. In light of current market conditions, you would think they would treat their customers with the utmost dignity and respect.
