I adore this place! i go there whenever we see their door open. The have a fairly large menu with quite reasonable prices. The food is great and the service is superb. The couple that runs it are so cute and its hard not to come. Although the restaurant is small is has a real homely feel to it. Your food is made when you order it with fresh ingredients, exactly how you order it, in front of you! I gave them four stars instead of five because I never know when they are open. Their hours are so weird sometime that you have to ride by and hope their door is open...but when it is expect to see me there! The restaurant is a little shy of the corner of Fruitvale and Foothill, which are two very busy main streets so parking and traffic can be slightly hectic but if you luck up and find a spot near the entrance (or park in Walgreens lot), please do go in and enjoy a home cooked meal that will fill you up and not leave you broke.

Kellys is a very small mom and pop restaurant that serves comfort foods. Their most popular meal is breakfast when the place is packed every morning. The breakfast is a bit pricey but defenitely worth the money. The place is small so I suggest ordering for take-out only. The pancakes are delicious.
