Dr. Jacobsen was recommended as a very good lawyer by another professional in the field. It was a good choice. My claim was presented to two very intimidating companies and during the whole procedure, depositions, mediations court presentations, etc., of course Dr. Jacobsen accompany me as my legal counselor and representative. As such, I was notified of what where my options, I asked and received recommendations on what was more convenient to me and my case. I understand that Dr. Jacobsen REPRESENTS me but ultimately, the last decision is MINE which I could do because I was always given the information and tools to decide. I also felt he had an interest in my case and as a whole, we had a very good client-attorney relationship. I have recommended a couple of my friends to him in case they ever need a dedicated lawyer and I must add, his secretary Judy, is a "on-the-case lady" and very sweet.
