Fairly quick service and extremely professional .

Had an ultrasound today and the technician was so nice and told me everything step by step. All the years of me having ultrasound done I’ve never experienced good care like this.

Very professional and clean and the staff are super nice

They are always friendly, kind, efficient, very professional and sensitive to my needs and concerns and to my apprehension. When you need tests, sometimes you’re very nervous about getting them. The people here always make me comfortable.

I was not happy with everything.
The reason why I am giving one star is because first it was dirty. The registery office was ok but the radiologist was not nice at all and she forced me to pee in the bathroom. She could ask me if you feel comfortable you can use the bathroom instead telling me you need to pee. The second thing is if you want make an internal vaginal ultrasound you can’t send somebody else in the bathroom ,visually I couldn’t see if the radiologist disinfected herself before she wanted to examine me.It is important showing your patient that your clean and take care of their health and using disinfection. In addition, if a patient is paying 239$ for this exam you need to be kind and polite. So disappointed with the stuff and everything If I had known this place I would not have gone there.

Regina (a telephone operator) is helping me to make an appointment very smoothly after all mixed up with two different doctors referrals. Tech staffs were very professional and had a great experience.
