Quality is top notch though you should plan on leaving you vechile with Jim for a minimum of 1 hour per window (including 1 hour for a windshield stripe). He offered to drop me off in a safer, more active part of town so that was nice.

Also, even if you go in there knowing exactly what you want, he will insist on wasting time showing samples on your windows. This demonstration is good for the first time window tint buyers but futile for people who have had multiple vehicles tinted.

The answering service he uses is staffed with people who do do not breeed from the highest caliber as they are a nightmare to deal with. If you miss your initial phone call back (even by 30 seconds) you will like play phone tag a minimum of 5 times prior to speaking with Jim.

Again, very happy with the results though it was a chore to get through the process.
