This is a local popular spot with the Chinese. Hong Kong-style coffee and tea with milk is one of the best locally. It gets really crowded at times after 11:30am 'til after 1pm, where you may stand for a while before a table clears. I sometimes would drop in just for one of their milk teas to go for $1.75. They serve mainly meat with either rice or spaghetti, and rarely any vegetables. Hours are 8:30am to about 8:30pm, Tuesdays 8am to 2:30pm.
