We have worked with these guys for over four years now and couldn't be more happy. We are on a fixed cost "all you can eat" contract with them. When we signed it they told us they really meant that they were assuming responsibility for anything hat went wrong, and any support we required day or night. Of course those are just words but we have found they really meant it. One Friday night a motherboard on one of our servers gave out, it was high season for us and we were working Saturdays. Sure enough when I got to work that morning there was an engineer standing at the door - they had seen the failure after hours and shown up even before we knew there was an issue. Having the motherboard fail was hardly their fault but they made all the repairs on the weekend within their contract.



Everything works really well and there rarely situations when I have to call after hours - but I have always ben connected directly to a live engineer and been helped right away - none of this "hope the guy with the pager calls you back sort of thing". They never push technology on us but when updates are required they again do them within contract, no extra charges for our migration to the latest version of the mail system for example.
