I called Mike and told him my washer wasn't working. He said its sounded like I needed a new pump. He told me he would do some research and call me the next day. He called the next day and confirmed that it needs a new pump. My brother offered to put one in for me. Even though I didn't use Mike's sevices he was friendly, honest and timely. I would use his sevices in the future if needed.
