AAA Palermos Grandfather Clock Repairs

Oct 2017 had movement rebuilt because grandfather clock stopped working. Mr. Palermo replaced the working with a rebuilt movement ($600.00). Clock continues to stop working - same as original problem. He gave me a "life time warranty" on the unit.
However, he refuses to return my calls and repair what he didn't repair in the first place. I think he may not have the experience to be in the clock repair business and that's why he doesn't return phone calls.

I am looking into suing him in small claims court. I don't have another $600 to pay another company to repair what he didn't.
