Beware these guys! Hang up the phone when they cold call you looking for business. They will not return your calls, not collect on your behalf. Total scammers!!!

They told us to "allow them 2 weeks to try to resolve the issue" ...it took us almost a year of numerous phone calls & faxes to get OUR money from them.

This operation is a scam and should be shut down by the Sheriffs office. Having dealt with many collection companies, I understand their business very well. This is a unreputable firm with con artists working the system. We paid them $1,500 to settle a claim with their client and it ends up the client has no knowledge of them and these folks kept our money. Now we have to sue them and the cliente due to their essentially stealing our money. Be very cautious of collection companies due to this very reason. You could pay and actually be paying a scam company that has no relationship with the entity you owe. Then you could get reported by 2 separate entities both of whom are run by disorganized con artists. Drew
