I recently purchased a home in Miami. I was fortunate to discover that I had terrazzo under my Laminate, tile and vinyl. After calling a few companies and receiving a couple of estimates, I decided to hire this company because they're process made a lot of sense. The owner said that stain removal was not guaranteed and couldn't tell if we had any staining until all the coverings were removed and the floor was grounded. After uncovering the terrazzo, we found some staining and decided not to move forward with the process. Thankfully as the owner and I agreed before starting, I would only lose the deposit and not the full amount. Thanks for being honest before and after the work.

This company is extremely informative, reasonable pricey and superior workmanship. Patches look good. A few stains were removed and a few are stay visible. Ray said before starting “ if your looking for perfection, cover your floor”. My terrazzo looks better than I expected

We received a quote from Ray but decided to hire someone from Home Adviser. Huge mistake and had to hire colonial to fix and finish job. The patchwork looks amazing.
