This is my first experience with Dolphin carpet & Tile and I was impressed from the initial contact with Francis Durfee. He was very professional and polite on the appointment call when I inquired about receiving an estimate for my carpet replacement. He made the appointment and was on time on the particular date which I appreciated as I had a lot of things to do later.

He was very thorough in explaining the process while taking his measurements and showed my wife and I samples from which we selected our choice. There was no hard sell and Francis was professional throughout the time he spent at my home.

I received the estimate from Francis later the same evening as he promised and we were satisfied with the quote and I followed up with him a few days later to place a deposit.

Due to my comfort level and trust with Francis, I am confident that I will receive a well executed carpet installation and service when the installation date arrives.

I am looking forward to the completion of the installation, and the quality service of Dolphin carpet & Tile.

Thanks again Francis, and much appreciation for helping my family through this initial process.
