I in effort to help parents find the right person to help their child, I am telling my story. My 4 y/o son was not able to sit still, couldn't hold a crayon or a fork, couldn't choose a hand to wok with, ate only a few food items, tantrum for sometimes no reason, and was getting in trouble in school for hitting people, and rolling around the floor during circle time. I was tired of parents, teachers, and mostly, my in-laws judging me, and I really thought, there was something I did wrong. Eva and her Staff Ana, Sarah, Will, Laura are the "REAL DEAL"! I read reviews and was still doubtful until I experienced the occupational therapy process and their skilled treatment. Eva figured out what was going on with my son after his evaluation. She explained it so I understood, and illustrated clearly how she could help. She confirmed I had done nothing wrong and ensured me I was a good parent. My son was seen at her office, my home, and in school where her team treated him for sensory processing and muscle weakness. She put adaptations and equipment in his school and at home to help him function, while she fixed what he could not do.MY son was just accepted in the school of my choice, eats a variety of foods, sits in circle time, has great handwriting, and is a different child! This experience was life changing! I can not say more strongly, "EPD Occupational Therapy in Fort Lauderale is the real deal! Thank you guys
