Provided by YPmobileDropped off my iPad for a screen replacement and the repair was to be completed the same day. 4 days later I still do not have ny iPad, since they did a very bad job, screen looks like it has a water stain underneath.., their explanation: screen is not installed straight, LCD touches screen. Will maybe be finished by closing time, so definitely I will not get it today. No apologies, I can't wait for it, no wird that he will call when ready. UNBELIEVABLE horrible customer service
