One of the attorney you may want to stay away from. I hired him for my divorce, I had to found me another attorney asaps before the event finalizing . He never responded to any phone called always unavailable, his parallegal have no clues about anything to anything. when I needed a copy of my pleadings from the files, either I go to the courthouse to print myself or stay without it. I believe he is incompetent to the family laws, and extremely unprepared when it comes to the temporaring hearing, he does not informed the clients of the files in the docket from the opposing counsel, he refused to file anything that might be beneficial to the clients. I had to waited almost 3 to 4 months just for a temporary timesharing motion; When the it could had filed from the moment I couldn't see my child. I felt like I was just another paycheck for him instead of fighting hard for me as a client. Best advise, it's either you hired another attorney who is familiar with the family cases.
