Wayne Kramer is absolutely the very best foreclosure protection one could possibly buy, bar none! For the past 2 years, Wayne has driven from Ft. Lauderdale for every rinky dink kind of hearing the bank would throw at us, even when he was sick, and has preserved for appeal each and every injustice that has been thrust upon us, so that we are sitting in a great position for an appeal on numerous counts, all this time working for a fraction of the cost other clowns, who call themselves foreclosure attorneys, who do one injustice after another to their poor clients. Believe me when I say that I have been personally involved in more than 30 hearings in the 6 2/3 years, before I hired Wayne, and have watched travesty after travesty heaped upon unknowing clients, who then have to pay their lawyers for their lousy work, then they lose their homes, and owe a huge debt on top of it. Hire Mr. Kramer, and you will sleep well at night! Have a question, he'll usually call you back that day.

My foreclosure case was going nowhere until i switched to Midler & Kramer, P.A. When I explained how long I was in litigation to Wayne Kramer he decided to take on my case and said he would work as hard as he could. I felt he did just that. Whenever I called and left a message I received a call back. Everyone is so helpful and I was always aware of what was going on. They were fair and I will refer them.

Came to this firm a couple years ago with an association foreclosure. The attorneys and receptionist we're always helpful. They use a great program called mycase that allows me to log in to my case to check on anything new that may be happening with my case. There have been a couple occasions where its taken me a day or two to reach the attorney. The receptionist has been able to answer most of the questions that i have had on my case which is extremely helpful. Will use them again if i need to and will refer my friends to them.

I came to this firm as a pro se litigant who found that I was in over my head as a defendant in a foreclosure suit. Wayne is a great attorney and an excellent strategist for foreclosure defense. I came to him a month before trial and after he generously gave 2 hours of his time at our initial consult (before hiring him). He drafts excellent arguments and motions using appropriate case law and applies it all very well. He understands the disposition of opposing counsel and judges alike. He calls me right after every motion is heard, with the results and next step in the process never rushes me off the phone.



I certainly would recommend this firm to anyone seeking an attorney with this type of insight. Prior to me hiring Midler and Kramer I spoke to about 5-6 other firms whose retainer terms were seemingly absurd. Some even wanted a percentage of my homesteaded property ( if we won) AND a hefty fee. Midler and Kramer's fee structure was exceptionally fair, considering the work needed to be done. Hopefully I won't have to need legal counsel in the future, but if I ever do ,its obvious whom I will ask to defend me in any future civil matter.
