Provided by YP.comI have been a tenant here since April. The place has changed a lot. The grounds and buildings have been changed. New plants and paint. When I first moved in the parking was an issue. Now the new management is enforcing the rules so each tenant has their own spot. The place is very clean compared to other complexes nearby. I would definitely recommend you to at least check it out if your planning to live in the area

The management company Weber Group or Eric Weber or Weber Real Estate are a bunch of crooks looking to raise the rent every year after making NO improvements ever. I've been living here for over 2 years and it's a struggle to get the pest control people to come spray. I've had all types of bugs year round, all of the washers and dryers on the premises are broken, they NEVER every replace anything, they only "FIX" things. They will have your visitor's cars towed, including your own vehicle out of your own space with a sticker on it. They are in league with All County Towing who had their license suspended by the city of Sunrise for PREDATORY TOWING.....the tow vehicles in proper spaces because you are backed into your own space. This place makes for a very uncomfortable environment.....you have to go to the laundry mat just to do laundry. They painted the buildings the color of vomit and now they think they can raise the rent AGAIN. It's absurd.....you can find a nicer apartment for the same money.....DO NOT RENT HERE. you will regret it.

Provided by YP.comI recently moved to the area. I loved this place because my pets come first. The apartment provides a backyard were your pet can hang out and where you can grill your food. I researched apartments before I moved from state to state and Oakland Park has historical view that I like. The dimensions for the apartment are very spacious and plenty of closet space. I recommend this place because it's close to all shopping centers and transportation.
