We were moving across the country and hired this service to transport our three cats (Rainbow, Shamrock, and Indiana Jones) to an animal hospital near our new home for boarding until we would arrive the following week. We did not receive the daily updates and pictures as promised, and when the cats got to their final destination, Indiana Jones was released in the parking lot and allowed to run away. According to the employee at the animal hospital, the driver didnt spend ANY time at all trying to recover our cat, and went about his way. By the time we arrived seven days later, there was no sign of him. Asking around the neighborhood, we found several kids that said they had seen remains matching our cats description in a nearby field, but we were unable to locate them.

While we did get a call from the driver letting us know that they had let our cat escape, we have not heard from Pet Travel Transport. They havent called, no email, no text. They dont care.

If you love your pets and care about their well being, find another way to transport them. Find ANY other way.
