I am always impressed by this store every time I visit. I have been a customer since the beginning (at their first location) and will continue to be a loyal customer.



The Planted Aquarium Store has a variety of different fish and plants that are healthy and well maintained. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable. This is a first class place!



After my last visit, I noticed the addition of salt water fish. I myself have never kept saltwater fish so I can't really review any of that section. However, The Planted Aquarium are experts on freshwater.



I will shop nowhere else for any of my aquatic needs.



My only complaint is the parking (which is something they have absolutely no control over). When the other shops are open it is difficult to find a spot. My recommendation is to go during the weekend when a lot of the other places in the plaza are closed.

As much as I want to give this store a 5-star, I'm only giving this a star due to my first and final visit. It was fine at first, I came in the lady working that day came up to me asked if I needed any help, I told her I'm currently looking around, but i'll let you know. That was fine, but that said, I sensed I wasn't feeling welcome at the store. I get some negative vibe, so it was a little uneasy to roam around the store. Another thing is that there's NO price listings on the tanks or anywhere, so if I need to ask for the prices, I have to go all the way back to the cashier and ask, all in all, A HASSLE. Prices are EXPENSIVE, but that is to be expected, but still, I dont think ill be buying a small item for $6 that I can regularly get from Petco/Petsmart for $3-$4.



I LOVED that store, everything was just freshwater and plants, which is currently what I love doing as a hobby, but I just wished the atmosphere/environment was more nice and friendly.

a great local place to find all your fresh water tank needs..its a small shop for now but i expect them to expand as business grows....i have a 90 gal tank that henry the owner came over and helped me set up...plants...fertilizers...and all the tech stuff he knows very well..his wife is in the store mostly....ill post some pics of my tank..it looks great now..
