This is ridiculous! I've been waiting too pick up a package at the annex in oakland park, and im srill not to the window. There is only one woman working and she is moving at a dnails pace. Comete disregard for anyones time. If I ran a business like this I wouldnt make it. Worst service ever!!!

Lady in Gold super awesome, but very much under staff, not fair to customers and employees. That tells you how much this Government is being so cheap.

Under staff...Waited on line 40 mins to pick up a parcel. Very slow service. Improvements needs to be put on place. Is always the same story; long lines, small crew. I have to say they try but there's only one or two clerks at the window.

Excellent , I wanted to make sure that my mail got here before I had to leave to pick up my children and it told me exactly where the sort facility for USPS in Ft.Lauderdale, fl was and when it would arrive!!!
