Winningham & Fradley, Inc incorporated in 1979 with Cary D. Winningham and David A. Fradley as principals. Prior to the incorporation, Mr. Winningham and Mr. Fradley worked together at the same firm for four years. In January, 2004, Werner T. Vaughan, Senior Engineer, became the third principal. Mr. Vaughan has been with our firm since 1984. In 2003, Winningham & Fradley, Inc acquired the staff, operation, and records of C.C. Winningham Corp, a surveying company operated by Charlie C. Winningham, III. That company descended from firms in existence since the 1950's. Our two companies had worked together for the previous 23 years. Our staff consists of professional civil engineers, professional land surveyors and mappers, engineer interns and graduates, project managers and designers, CADD technicians, field inspectors, survey party chiefs and crews, accounting and managerial staff, and technical and administrative assistants. Our company's philosophy is simple: enjoy your profession thoroughly and provide services of the highest quality. Winningham & Fradley, Inc has served as consultants to cities, counties, drainage districts, utility companies, other engineering and architectural firms and some of the largest developers in southeast Florida. Our company has occupied our privately owned building since 1988. The facility and equipment are continuously upgraded. We endeavor to use the latest computer software in addition to software developed in-house. Our field crews use electronic data collectors and GPS equipment. By combining a staff of experienced professionals and state-of-the art technology, Winningham & Fradley, Inc continues to provide the highest quality engineering, planning, and surveying services.
