not family or pt oriented

This is not towards Dr. Garrett more towards the receptionist and other Dr. that is there. All about business, money not about pt and family. Not warm and inviting. Very cold. I have seen others be treated rude my husband or one of my kids has had many complaints after my last treatment I am finally giving in and going elsewhere. Sad.
