went for one of there overpriced oil changes and they "forgot" to replace custom valve stem cover s that I have successfully had on this vehicle...without theft ,for more than a year. They "claim"they replaced them and offered a future reduction for NEXT oil change...This site condones theft by it s employee s and will NEVER get my business or any referral again

Ok so my husbund took my Honda pilot there in 2006, he got my car home and it was leaking oil. So he took it back, they had stripped the oil pan and had to put a bigger plug in so that it would not leak and they said it would be fine. Now 2011 I took it in to Honda where it had to be replace costing me 120.00 because it was not going to last much longer each time the oil is changed it causes more damage to the threads. I have asked the owner at Oil Can Henery's OAKLEY to call me back because I am asking that he reimburse me this money from the original damage his shop caused. Two week later and still no word from him(John with no last name ! because no one who works there would give me his last name. I will wait one more week and will probably end up in small claims court. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR to OIL CAN HENRY"S OAKLEY you will be paying for more than just an oil change!
