The sales people look you over then decide if they will greet you. I guess I didn't have the correct designer ensemble on because I wasn't greeted. I came in to buy a coat. I went into the back room and started to try on a few jackets and coats. At least 4 sales people constantly came in the back room and were weaving around me, asking me to move, saying excuse me...I was in their way; me, the customer. They acted like I wanted to steal a coat---no I wanted to purchase one. But after having to move around sales people and being looked at with a skeptical eye I left this store, went to Allure in Bloomfield and purchased a jacket---CASH--and was treated with the utmost of respect. Carabella sales people have attitudes--they look you over and decide if you are worthy of their shop. I was not worthy--so they will never, ever see me; I will take my cash and go to stores that greet you when you walk in and help you...not look at you as though you are a common thief. Carabella is Carastinko!
