John and his family do GREAT work. They fixed a completely botched nail job from another salon. They love to joke around and have fun. They make you feel comfortable and that they truly appreciate your business. They use top quality polishes and processes. The shop is always clean and everyone is friendly.

I have been going to John and his family for 8 years now, and I will never go to anyone else in the Pittsburgh area! Their services are wonderful and they treat every customer like royalty. I can seriously say that they are great people and friends to all. I highly recommend Royal Nails & Spa!!

I've been going 2 John & his family for years & when they opened an additional shop in Oakmont I had 2 try it. Believe me, it's the same great service I've been getting for years...maybe even better!! I love that they treat their customers w/the utmost respect :) It's a great location & a very clean, beautiful salon. I almost never get color but I see that they have all the newest colors. I LOVE the spa pedicures....they're so relaxing, my feet look & feel amazing, & you get a complimentary bottle of water while you're waiting. 9 times out of 10 John does my nails & I honestly couldn't ask for anything better. Whether it's pink & white I'm getting or a design, I'm extremely satisfied. I've had my 5 year old daughter's nails painted by John's mom, whom she loves painting them, and have also had my 14 year old cousin's nails done by John's wife & the designs were amazing! I definitely recommend Royal Nails to everyone!! It's great that they do walk-ins or appointments & the hours are great for anyone's schedule :)

Royal Nails and Spa is an amazing place. I have been getting my nails done by this family owned empire for a few years now. They truly are customer focused. Each client is treated with the out most respect, and compassion for their own individual needs.



This new location is one of the best kept nail salons I have ever visited. It is clean, very cozy, and extremely comfortable. John and his staff which is his family, are wonderful. The bottled water is just one of the generous gestures that they offer to their client. Now lets talk about the nails----the pedicures are the best in Pittsburgh!!!!!!!! The nails----stand right beside the pedicure together both services match up with Pittsburgh's finest.... If you have the time stop in, if you don't make the time!!!!!!! You won't regret it.

Royal Nails and Spa is the only pace to go if you want your nails to look good. The staff is so great, and really friendly. I've been going to John for 10 years now. When he opened a second shop in oakmont, I knew it would be great. The place is conveniently located on the bottom part of allegheny river blvd, with plenty of parking. The decor is so stylish and modern. They have all the up to date OPI colors, and all the classics. I will admit, there has been a time or two where I've cheated, and gone somewhere else for whatever reason, and within a week my nails would be lifting, and/or falling off, chipping, etc. My loyalty lies with Royal Nails for a reason. I KNOW my nails will be looking good and fresh weeks after I've had them done. Not that I am recommending you go that long without a fill, but if you did, aside from you looking like you need a fill, your nails themself would still be looking great. There is no other place I will ever go to have my nails done. I recommend this pace to everyone. You will not be disappointed!!

New nail place in town thats easy on the eyes and the wallet! I have been going to the same nail salon for quite sometime (10 years) and when they opened an additional shop in the area I just had to try it out!

Not only is it visible from the street, but they provide reserved spots for their customers! Gone are the days when you have to wait someone out for their spot! The staff are knowledgable and extremely friendly. Not to mention the pedicure chairs that give you a massage comparable to a spa (keep in mind it is a chair but its darn close) will leave you with excuses to get your polished changed on your toes!

Appointments or Walk In's are welcome I've never had a long wait as a walk in. The staff will kindly inform you if there is a delay if you choose to walk in instead of calling ahead first. Whether it be pink and whites, an application of your favorite OPI polish or trying out the new Shellac I definitely recommend this nail salon!

I was on my way the the mall to get my nails done until I saw this new shop in town. I decided to try something new, especially when it's in my hometown. I got a manicure there. Wow, I was very impressed! It's the best manicure I've ever gotten. They take their time. The nail technicians there seemed very friendly. I'm glad that I stopped by or else I would have missed out. I'm definitely coming backing here again.

Royal Nails & Spa is amazing!! The service that John and family provides is top notch. I get my nails done often and always walk out with beautiful nails! The pedicures are wonderful and the shop is clean and beautiful! Everyone is so friendly they make you feel special and relaxed I definitely recommend Royal Nails & Spa for all you beauty needs!!
