Very dissatisfied. I scheduled a appointment online and they called to confirm. 20 minutes before scheduled time they cancelled and never followed up. I rescheduled and they were less than friendly on phone and said no one would be coming out.

We just had a visit from Thermo - Twin windows today. We had a representative named CLIFF and was he the most ignorant, extremely pushy, insulting person that we have ever had! It was horrible from the beginning. He first insulted us about our house that it's not a million dollar home that they do but we will still get those windows that they put in those million dollar homes in I guess we can say our house is garbage cause it's not a million dollars! Well one every thing we have my husband has worked hard for! My husband is a Veteran did 15 months in Iraq and is now a hard working Coal Miner so how dare someone even insult someone that is a hard worker and god damn fought for our country be insulted by this dirt bag! We decided we wanted to wait and get the rest of our estimates and we'll I guess that didn't sit with him good! He then got extremely mad and wouldn't leave kept telling us that we are pretty much idiots if we don't go with them and wanted us to pay up front now. We kept telling him we wanted to weigh all our options and we would get back to him. He then said to us you mean to tell me if I would say we will do it for $4,000.00 we still wouldn't make a deal with him. We said we wanted to talk it over and see the other estimates and we would let him know. He then tried telling us he would cut his commission so that we could get an even better price we still said no we wanted to talk it over we would get back to him. He then got up extremely mad said to us you have my diligence but you won't get a better deal then this and you won't get this deal at all from us if you don't take the offer today. We will not be buying windows off them at all! Horrible! Oh and for the record I am sure his cut in commission would of hurt him since he was driving a brand new Mercedes-Benz! Treating people like crap cause they aren't millionaires is uncalled for! DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY OR HAVE CLIFF IN YOUR HOME!

A friend recommended this company after they recently had a good experience. I on the other hand am very disappointed. I called the company a few days ago because I am interested in buying new windows for my house. I asked the phone rep. if the company serviced my area because I didn't want to waste anyone's time and effort. After finding out that the company does come to my area, I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. I told the company upfront that I was planning to have the windows replaced in a few months but I wanted to know upfront what the price would be. They were okay with that and proceeded with the appointment. A few days later, I received a call from a Thermo Twin Rep and he advised that although I was already scheduled for an estimate but because I was unsure about having the project completed right away, that he was going to have to go ahead with an appointment at another house. He gave me an over the phone quote of $750 a window and asked me if I was interested with that price. when I told him that money was not an issue...I just need new windows, he told me that he would go ahead and get the windows ordered. (Yeah right!) My goodness. I was shocked. He didn't even have my window measurements and he didn't even explain the different types of windows that were available. I guess my money is not green enough this month!?! I kindly thanked him for his valuable 2 seconds of time and moved on with my window search. I am unsure why the company offers free estimates if coming to the homes is a bother. I don't feel that the customer service was very good but believe me...I will get new windows! Just not from Thermo Twin!

We had the arrogant Mr. Cliff (Thermo Twin representative) show up to our house yesterday to give us an estimate on our windows.

We used Thermo Twin in the past at our old house and the windows seemed to look fine after moving 7 years later. First time I met this Cliff man was at the old house, where his cocky attitude was in full bloom. I really didn't think he would still be around.



This time he asked too many personal questions and commented on us with insulting manners when we explained to him that we needed to think about the price (way overpriced) and that we wanted to discuss it with some family members.



And I must add, the window showcase he brought was so poorly managed he scratched our wooden floors!



Needless to say, we won't be using this company for our windows. Luckily there are other companies in the area that have a good reputation and, hopefully, a good sales representative who will show us (and our house) the respect we deserve.

About a year ago I had Thermo Twin put a bay window in our living room and I was very pleased with the window. I recently decided to have the remaining windows downstairs replaced. I once again used Thermo Twin. Overall I am very pleased with the windows. I had one minor problem, when they were installing the windows one of my window sills got scratched. I called and complained. They came back the following week because of my schedule they were able to come before that but I was not available. I can't hold that against them. They repainted my sill and I am happy with their service. I rate them a 4 out of 5 for the scratch but I would use them again in the future. I am very happy with their windows.
