Worst place ever! Do not stay here! Roach infestation, worse than horrible management, and ancient appliances make for a nightmarish renting experience. I only gave this place a star because the website requires me to.

AT the time of this writing (June, 2015) this has to rate as one of the worst apartment complexes in the southeastern United States. The problems stem mostly from incompetent management and irresponsible and lazy onsite personnel. There are so many problems that any decent company would fix:



(1) Old and worn out appliances - our water heater does not function properly; our toilet is tricky to flush; the dishwasher does not work well; some features on our stove are broken; the patio screen door is missing rollers; the AC leaks water.



(2) The pool is gated and each tenant has an access card to get in. However, the card reader has been broken for about a year now, and they simply chain and padlock the gate. Then, they very erratically and sometimes infrequently unlock it for tenant access. Several of the bars on the fence are missing or broken and partially pulled off, allowing small children to enter the pool area without adult supervision.



(3) There are numerous garbage cans and pet refuse containers on site. These are typically overflowing onto the ground. It sometimes takes several weeks before they are emptied.



(4) There is an onsite garbage compactor that, at any given time appears to have as much refuse on the ground around it as in it, and the smell is not of a particularly pleasant nature.



I could go on, but you get the idea. The current management company is Carroll Management. I would recommend anyone to find out who manages a complex before renting, and if it is Carroll, keep looking.

Living here is horrible. We have had trouble with ants um the point our son can't sleep in his room. The walls aren't insulated so you hear the dogs barking and neighbors above you walk. IWe have had trouble with mold too. Absolutely disgusting!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! WORST apartment complex EVER! In the last 2 years of being here there have been 5 property managers. There are bugs EVERYWHERE, outside and inside. The way they "fix up" apartments are super ghetto! The previous manager was fine but the current one now is a complete a**hole! They tell you one thing and the next day its another thing. It took them a MONTH to fix the A/C last year and then tried to pin the electricity bill on ME when it was their fault that the wires weren't done properly. I've had nothing but bad experiences here and I will NEVER refer this place to anyone! not even my enemy! Only reason I'm giving it a star is because i have to!

The first problem we noticed when started living here is that the noise insulation is horrible; kids were running around yelling, stomping, a drunk neighbor was dancing with their rapping music on full blast. Well, somebody called the cops that night and few other nights, so it's been better -- but definitely not what I had expected. This is not in the city!! The second annoyance that we noticed was that we were paying too much. When we first inquired, we were told the market price -- we tried to negotiate, but she was kind of rude and said a plain no But actually, you can negotiate. They were offering few hundred dollars off on rents for new tenants and all that, but she didn'T mention that. Furthermore, that market price is b*****t. Our neighbor upstairs, with the same exact apartment minus the difference in floor, pays 100 dollar less than us. WTF. And since we signed the lease already, there's not much to do.



In the end, anybody considering this place should negotiate because this place is horrible; there are dog poops in the grass, homeless cats around the stairs,tons of spiders in the hallway and trees, variety of bugs if the apt is near the back, and horrible neighbors. Luckily, I've moved to a nearby apt that's cheaper and way more quieter.

Just Awful! Since day one we had issues with management and maintenance. The pool their is just disgusting its small and filthy! Not once had I seen anyone clean it, we tried it out once and a child used the restroom in it, all maintenance did was scoop it out and pore more chlorine in. We went to several pools and we noticed that the apartment pool water was way thicker GROSS. Management recently gained a towing service which we thought was great since their was never any parking by our building! we always had to park two buildings down from our apartment, Well we were wrong! My husband had a flat tire and since we didn't change it that same day it was towed? Yet a broken down Cadillac that had been their since we had moved in is still sitting their. Then our neighbors moved out and left a dirty couch rite next to our door? So we called management not once not twice but three times to move it and their excuse was "they did not have enough people to move that one couch" finally after a month it was moved . Our apartment itself was full of roaches, our bathrooms had pink dye on the floor but it was never taken care of, their was a hole in our sink that management tried to "hide" we'll the paste came off and we had a hole in the sink that no one ever fixed? Awful wallpaper in the kitchen that you can not remove, and spider webs in the walk way. Our ac broke down in the middle of the summer and it took them a week to fix it! I had to take my children to stay with my parents since it was so hot! And I couldn't open the windows because lord knows what kind of bugs would come inside. And don't leave your trash out for a day or management will fine you. And anything on your porch must be management approved. Also when you move in they tell you mold accumulates on the windows and you have to clean it. If you still want to live here after this review all I have to say is good luck and I will pray for you

These apartments are horrible. We have had nothing but issues being here! There were cockroaches in the apartment since we've moved in and it's been about a two month battle to get the out and we are still fighting it. The AC has been terrible and we were without AC for a week while the maintenance people tried cheaper ways to fix it when in the end the problem was the whole AC unit. I've been waiting for a month to be able to have them flip a door in my laundry room and have yet to get it done. After the AC was fixed now there is moisture accumulating around the vent in the living room and I have told management 3 times and they have yet to come see it and fix it. All around terrible terrible terrible apartments. I will NEVER live here again. Absolutely terrible. And the people here are shady and just plain RUDE.

This apartment complex is very noisy. The walls and floors are not insulated at all. Kids run around without supervision and cars come and go playing radio all hours of the night., Management doesn't seem to care.
