Having dryer isdues. Jim came out and fixed the problem in no time. Also gave me some advice on my double wall oven which seem to be helping with temperature issues. Friendly, professional and explained everything. Definitely will call again and recommend yo others.

We have a broken downdraft vent on our stove After calling numerous companies we finally found Integrety factory service. Integrity not only came out within a few days and fixed the problem but when I cleaned it and it broke again, they came back out and fixed it, but this time they didn't charge us. Seriously, I didn't expect that to happen as it wasn't their fault. They are just good people who know their stuff.

They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Josh did an EXCELLENT job accessing my broken ice maker and installing a new one and a new valve. He clearly explained the problem and even took pictures of the problem with his cell phone so that I could see what he was explaining. Josh is very knowledgable, efficient, and polite. Josh definitely has integrity and represents his company well! If you have an appliance in need of repair, I HIGHLY recommend Josh!

This is the second time Josh has come to clean our icemaker. He does a fantastic job and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He answers all of my questions and always offers other helpful tips. He is courteous, punctual, and very efficient! Very pleased with the whole office and Josh in particular.

Actually bought a washer ref from there and spoke with Stephanie. She sent me photos, gave me prices and had it delivered to me and installed the following day. She was wonderful and Dana, the delivery guy was an absolute blessing! Will definitely continue to use and recommend
