Had a great experience at Underground Ink! Chris is an AMAZING cover up artist. Will definitely be back!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a mono toned individual who could care a less if we were there or not. Was getting piercing for my underage child and was told that they HAD to copy her Birth Certificate because it was a felony to not do so. My BS radar went off and after contacting Hall County, I was told they only need to SEE proof of guardianship and written consent. This place is a little to snotty for me. To many egos and not enough manners.

Please, run away as quickly as possible! This place is a joke they are unprofessional, rude and just bad! I did more of the work for a tattoo that looked like a child drew! On top of that they illegally took money from me and refused to give it back. The owner hung up on me several times and was seriously rude. They couldn't even schedule me on paper for an appointment correctly. They over charge and undeliver horribly. I would never ever recommend anyone go to this place ever. It is crummy service to the core. Spend your money wisely and go elsewhere!!! I'm thankful that I did not let them permanently scar me for life!

I got my nose pierced here and the staff was very nice, especially the owner Jerri. If I decide to get anymore piercings, I will definitely go back. :-)

I have visited numerous tattoo/piercing studios, and I must say that this one is BY FAR the cleanest and most inviting that I have seen. Customers are made to feel very welcome. The owners, Jerry and Sandi, and the staff make certain that you are satisfied. They don't just give you ANY tattoo. It is a piece of art!!!! The piercings are done in the most sanitary conditions possible. They have set the standard for other shops to follow. If you are looking to get a tattoo or a piercing, look no further. You have found the best!!!!

Will was my tat artist and did a fantastic job with all the detail work! He drew up an image that was better than what I had in mind! Great job.....all of them!

I have received 2 tattoos from this shop from 2 different artists and both experiences were top notch. The shop environment is inviting and friendly and my wife felt very comfortable and welcome while she waited with me in the shop area. The layout and decor of this place was very different from your typical studio as it touched on all themes surrounding tattoo culture which made for a comfortable and relaxing environment. The walls and furniture are adorned with pin up girls, castle walls, Japanese art, flying eyeballs and more. It was a very cool theme.The shop manager was extremely helpful to me and allowed me to work directly with the artist on the initial visit and the follow up visits for touch ups. I personally do not have any piercings but I saw no less than 4 people receiving body piercing work while I was in the chair. They all seemed so comfortable and happy that my wife decided on a belly button piercing while we were there. The piercing area was private and personal and very nice. If you live in North Georgia I would highly recommend that you drive past all of those other shops for to visit this one. You will not be disappointed.

the people at underground are great, fun do great work at a great price. i recommend any one this is getting their 1st tattoo or another tattoo or even a touch up too go to underground tattoo and ink. all of the artist are good at what they do so it doesnt matter who u get when u walk in because u will be pleased when u leave.

i was very impressed with everybody at underground !! kirk was the guy who actually did my tatoo and he was amazing..

(he even sings to you while hes working!!!)he did a great job and i will be going back to him to get some more work done!!!but everybody there was VERY honest and helpful, its also very very clean !i tell everyone i talk to if they want a tattoo they should definatly go to underground ink!!!!!!!!
