Established in 1975, Martin P. Gierut Architect, a family owned and operated architectural firm, has been providing creative design services in the metro Chicago area for over three decades. Our flexible and customized design services allow us to meet each client's specific project needs and budget. We pride ourselves on being available to our clients, vendors and contractors to quickly answer questions allowing projects to remain on schedule and within budget. Whether it is a small room addition, new custom home or a commercial office building our clients always receive the same quality of service and attention to detail from our staff. We work with our clients from the very beginning to determine the scope of the project and consult with them until the final walk through. Our projects include custom homes, residential additions, commercial office buildings, multi-family housing, recreational facilities, commercial and corporate build-outs, light industrial buildings and municipal facilities. State of Illinois Licensed Architect, member of NCARB and the Association of Licensed Architects with over 30 years of experience. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Gierut served 25 years as an architect for the Chicago Park District. NCIDQ certified Interior Designer specializing in corporate design, space management and facilities planning.
