Driver is only taking two of my trash bags a week because I put out a trash can he told me. He claims because you can not have a trash can and 2 additional bags which us what they are suppose to take. Called the office talked to an extremely rude lady who said for the last 3 weeks you have had addition bags. I told her obviously since your driver is only taking 2 bags a week they would add up do the math. She told me I was a lair. My neighbor was rite standing rite there when there drive told me he did only take 2 bags and if put out a trash can that's all he will take. The lady in the office should be fired she has no code of ethics and is not fit to help customers. I will be turning them into the BBB.
