The cookies were overly sweet. The buttercream frosting had a powdery texture from the powdered sugar. The chocolate chip cookie was very salty and no taste. I had better cookies from a box. Don;t waste your money; go to McDonald's they have much better cookies.

Stay away from this company!!!!!!I cannot believe when my special gift was never received and I Cheryl and they said that it was never shipped and they were sorry. But what infuriated me was they offered to send out the same gift pack several days late or that I could pay them more money to order a different box that would show up several days late as well. What should have happened is that good customer service would require fedexing my package overnight with a letter of apology. So, I ended up really frustrated and my son never received his box of cookies to commemorate the holiday.

Cheryl's cookies are the best - compare to Mrs. Field's out of Chicago.

She makes the best cookies I have ever had. They are soft and moist and have wonderful flavor. They opened a retail store at their headquarters in Westerville. That is very handy as you don't have to go to a crowded mall if you don't want to.
