Ace was referred to me by someone and I'm glad they did. They're estimate and cost was close to a hundred dollars cheaper than the other shops. The repair (replace an ac condenser) was done quickly and the staff are personable and friendly. I will be bringing them all my work from now on. Definitely recommend!!

I brought my vehicle in for diagnostic and repair under a warranty contract through a third party company. Every one at Ace Auto was wonderful in helping keep me up to date, explaining to me what was mechanically wrong and exactly what my portion of the bill would be. They knew I was concerned about cost and gave me honest advice .They made sure that I was satisfied and that all was working properly before I picked up my vehicle. I keep a clean vehicle and it was returned to me exactly as they received it. I met every one from Junior the service writer, on up to the owner, and every one was friendly and helpful. This is a company that cares about people and the quality of their work and customer service. It is hard to find honesty and integrity these days -but the people at Ace Auto have it in spades. Thank you all so much. You have made a lifelong customer.

I took my Dodge into them and the they said it was fixed. Got home ,drove truck the next day for five minutes and no AC and $1000 down. Took truck back to them and then they wanted another $1100 to fix a problem they should have already caught in thier check. ( ACE said is was the compressor!!) They did a check of the system because they charged me for it. Why,,,and I say again,,,,Why was this not checked. I ended up taking the truck to Dodge and they where even cheaper then ACE. I feel they are not truthful with what they say. I really felt lied to when I left. I would never let someone leave my buisness and not be happy. If I missed a problem then its on ME. To have someone bring an auto to them and leave and claim that ITS FIXED then I bring it back, then it should be on them. I own a buisness and If I have to come back to a customer then I fix it on MY TIME. It makes me sick that buisnesses throw it right back on the customer. Again this is another customer service problem. I left very unhappy with how I was treated. Its truly a shame when the dealership can beat ACE's prices. I will never take anything to these people.

great people to deal with, take pride in their work! You can see it in their waiting rooms and bath rooms. The people are great will go back!

I took my vehicle there while under warranty. They couldn't tell me what was wrong so later on when it got worse and no longer was under warranty, I paid $2000 to have it fixed. But I did find out from the Drivetime warranty department that Ace had charged them over $200 to fix another problem on the vehicle that I only asked about. I never had the problem fixed because I didn't think it was covered. I guess it was covered. I just wish they had actually done the work that they charged the company for. That way I wouldn't have had to had it done by a good garage later on. Anyone who will falsely charge a warranty dept. for work they didn't do, will falsley charge you as well. Good luck!

I WENT TO ACE IN NEED OF A/C REPAIRS. I WAS REFERRED`BY A CO WORKER. BEING A WOMEN I WAS SKEPTICAL OF AUTO REPAIR ESTABLISHMENTS, NOT HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THAT AREA (CAR REPAIRS) I FEEL THAT I AM AN EASY TARGET FOR SOME ONE TO RIP OFF! ### ON FIRST IMPRESSIONS THE BUSINESS WAS VERY MODERN AND CLEAN THE WAITING ROOM WAS LARGE WITH A VERY CLEAN RESTROOMS AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE INTAKE STAFF (A WOMEN) WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR TWO YEARS ,I HAVE NOW FOUND A PLACE TO GET ALL OF MY AUTO REPAIRS DONE NOT JUST A/C. I SEND ALL OF MY FRIEND AND CO-WORKERS THERE. THIS IS A PLACE WERE YOU CAN TRUST THEM WITH YOUR NEEDS AND I FEEL THAT THEY WILL NEVER SELL ME ANY THING THAT I DON'T NEED. IN FACT NOW I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANY WHERE ELSE AND THATS ONE PROBLEM SOLVED IN LIFE WHERE DO I TAKE MY CAR FOR AUTO REPAIRS? ACE AUTO AIR & AUTO CARE INC.!!!!!!!!!!!!
