Whatever you do, do not use this company. Our pool builder had worked with this screen company previously and was happy with their product but is now as dissatisfied as we are. The group promised to be on location until the project was done and then disappeared. When we confronted the owner, Charles, by text, we got back nothing but obscenities. The son, Charlie, finally finished the project and although the screen looked nice, it turned out that the screen was not bolted into the cement and the screening was rolled out across all of the roof panels to cut corners. this causes there to be a much higher cost when replacing screen panels. All in all, this is the worst experience we have had with any contractor - and we have used many.

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone, in fact would advise not to utilize. This contractor is not honest, reliable, or performs satisfactory work. I hired this contractor to install a roof over my patio. He advised me that he could accomplish the work within two weeks after the concrete was poured. It took almost three months to have the work completed, at which time I had made numerous calls that where never returned. I paid for half of the work before and was to pay half after completion. I was worried that the work would never get completed, but was fortunate after constant calls to him, it was finished. I would rate the final product as a 5 out of 10, because of the corrections I had asked to have completed that have never been completed. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone if you want professional job done.
