I have use them twice for repairs of oxygen concentrators, once back in April and today, and in both cases everything about their service, from the telephone support, to the visit there with the equipment, to their repair time and quality has been exceptionally good. I highly recommend them!

Do not have a place to rate their pricing but it is great value for the money. Shipping my two concentrators from Texas to Florida and then back, repairing them both (a few months apart) one unit was $230 and the other $211 which included a complete service, repairs on both and of course the shipping both ways. Very fair pricing and their customer service is awesome. I wish my plumber was as competitive :))
