They are absolutely amazing! The girls at the front desk are so nice and helpful.
Tips: if you want a good massage just ask and the bigger the pedicure the better! I usually go with the Fresh Fruit or the V.I.P pedi. ❤️

Received hilights and was charged and extra $45 for a trim! Never have been charged for a trim when getting hilights! Do not go here! They will rip you off!

FULL OF PRETENSE - FALLS FLAT There is an adage that you get what you pay for. In this establishment's case, it puts a negative twist - you DO NOT get what you pay for. I paid a total of $64.00 + tip for a mani and spa pedi. It was supposed to be a 1 hour plus for a manicure and pedicure, however it took the whole experience two and a half hours!! Here's why:



I was enticed to go for what seems an extra splurge, given I was on vacation. However by the time I was done, the polish on my feet were all uneven, and my manicure had air bubbles. The tech fixed the air bubbles by applying another coat! I just didn't want to linger any longer after two hours. My MIL pointed out that they have a guarantee, so I actually made an appointment for the next day for them to fix my manicure because it was uneven. After paying for the service, and as I bent down to remove the spacers from my toes, that's when I noticed the shoddy pedicure - the application was uneven, and truly the worst pedicure I have ever received. At this time, I had no choice but to get it fixed. I could not walk out, it was that bad. I was assured by Ashley who inspected and concurred about the workmanship that it was not going to be the same technician, however the initial tech that was assigned to me, quickly passed me back to the original tech who had an attitude. I thought I would give her a chance, perhaps it was indeed the polish - however it turned it is just an expensive bad service.



The result of the fix was not too distant from the original attempt. I thought I was being fair by requesting to get 50% off my bill, however it was turned down. In fact - "Trinh" told me that she can refund me 50% of the cost off the polish - which is a total of $10.00. She also stated that if she were to agree to my original recommendation of taking 50% off, they would have to remove my polish from my toes and fingers. I NEVER heard of such an approach from a service provider!! I was aghast to say the least.



BUYER BEWARE!!! The place looks promising and fancy, but it quickly falls apart when the service falls flat. Disappointing to say the least, and need to forewarn as many ladies out there - please KEEP AWAY from this nightmare establishment.

Poor quality pedicures especially by "mike" he literally grabbed my arm to pull me from the chair, after I spoke with manager and another customer witnessed, she said, okay $222, please.

This spa gives the best Pedicures and Manicures….They always last for a long time. I also love the eye brow waxing tech, she shapes your brows perfect!

Always have a bit of relaxation when going to this spa. Whether its a pedicure or a manicure its done by professional technicians. They offer you a beverage & the chairs give you a massage. Very nice way to spend a couple of hours.

This place was so clean and relaxing. We had they pedicure. The people were very nice and welcoming. They had nice relaxing music, waterfalls, and a big tv with a relaxing beach scene. It was so nice we decided to take our moms there for a mothers day present. Will definately return!!!!

The best place I've been to in this area. The environment was perpect for a spa. They have so many things to offer. I would recommend people to check it out.
