Had two sheets of metal paneling replaced they were used with lots of scratches they tried to touch them up with a light beige paint the panels are WHITE!!!

Had two sheets of metal paneling replaced behind entrance door, they used two sheets that appear to be used a lot of scratches and they even tried to touch some of the scratches up with a light beige paint the panels are white.....the quality of work poor!!!!

Initially they were great, fast and knowledgable. The issue came when the work they had done, then stopped working. I had spent $1000 with them. When I called them, they blamed me for the issue, did send someone out to look at it and then told me i needed to pay to have them fix the same thing again. The guys who work for them, nice guys. The head guy, Bob, a first class rude man who has absolutely NO customer service ethics. He refused to issue me any sort of warranty, not only was he prefoundly rude and condescending, he hung up on me...... Forgetting I'm the customer here!! I would never do business with these people ever again and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I've never experienced anything like it. Be warned

B&E took my 2000 Coachman Class C with severe water damage to the front of the coach and made it nearly brand new again. These guys know their stuff and are priced lower than anyone who gave me an estimate. The work was first class and I will gladly travel from Gainesville to Ocala to have them work on my Motorhome.
