Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism displayed !

Where do I start??? First off I call multiple time and left message and never em received a call back over a course of two weeks. Once I finally spoke to someone I was informed about the vocal lesson and was directed to speak with Colton as he was the coach. Colton seemed to be very outgoing and knowledgeable so scheduled time for my 10 year and I to come in and meet with him. We arrived at the facility on time and could not gain entry because the doors were locked. We could see someone walking around inside (later to be known as Colton) we knocked and waved at him to get his attention but he continued to walk around as though he didn't see us. The comic book store next door was open so went inside and asked if he knew why the doors were locked. He actually walked around to the other door to try and gain entry but he was unsuccessful. After about five minute of waiting Colton finally opened the door. I should have recognized that we were in for a wild time dealing with company. Colton explained the process and we scheduled to begin vocal lessons that following Saturday. We arrive this Saturday everything went well and schedule the next lesson for the following Saturday. However Colton never showed up for the appointment. My daughter and I sit out in their parking lot for 45 minutes. I looked on their website for emergency contact information and contacted Bill Colton's father. I was informed that he did not know where Colton was and gave me a alternate telephone number to contact him. Colton answer the phone and when I identified myself he hung up. I proceeded to call him again and didn't get an answer and his mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. So then I text him to let him know that he hadn't showed up for our scheduled lesson and asked if he would text me back to let me know if everything was okay or when we could reschedule. He never returned my message or my call. I waited until Monday and called the facility only for them to tell me that he was unavailable. The following day I called back and Colton answered the phone I identified myself and he told me that he would send me a email or call me with dates and times that he had available to make up the missed lesson. Three days later I had not received any contact from him so I called again. His father informed me that he was out picking up children and to give them a call back in about an hour to speak with Colton about the matter. When I called back Colton answered the phone and told me he was in a lesson and could not speak to me at the time but what call me back. I never heard from him so a few days later I'll call back again. His mother answered the phone and said that he was busy in a lesson and will call me back. I never received a call back from him or anyone else. I called back the next day spoke to his mother again and just informed her that if Colton wasn't committed to providing voice lessons for my daughter then I would just like him to let me know so that way my daughter wasn't waiting and hoping that she would obtain voice lessons from him. Colton would not get on the phone his mother came back and told me that he was just too busy to do the lesson at this time because of his school schedule.
