What a great experience with my dentist Dr. Ben Spivey. A lifelong smile that I can be proud of thanks to him.

Dr. Ben Spivey in Ocala is a great dentist. Gave me a new smile on a budget I could work with and good service.

Dr. Ben Spivey gave me a brand new smile and gave me an affordable way to pay for it. I don't have insurance, but they worked with my budget. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Beware!!!!! Make sure you get an idealized quote for the work promised. Because the work originally quoted will not be done. Then when questioned they will change prices of the original quote when you ask for a refund and tell you, you misunderstood. These people are thieves and liars. They charged me for a cleaning and said they couldn't do it because hygienist is on vacation and they don't know when she will return. Waited a month then called and simply said "I need to schedule a cleaning."(without providing further information) Then the lady on the phone stated that they don't do cleanings and haven't for a really long time. Stay clear of this office there are good dentists out there but this one is not one of them.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!! They advertised on Groupon and when it comes to actually having an appointment - there is always an issue with the hygienist!! They quit or are on family leave for an unknown period - and you will always be told once they get your name that you are on the top of the list! Scammers!!!!!

THIEVES.....quoted me certain amount for a significant amount of work; this was agreed upon. Then, suddenly the "insurance declined" work done", despite pre auth. Find out they incorrectly coded the work. Spoke to the Ins. Co., they told me how to have it corrected, went back to Dr. Spivey, and the REFUSED to code properly, then had the BALLS to tell me oh, ya, the work done...that's probably not going to stay, so we should just start over...after I had told them that on the first visit. Then, they send me a bill for MORE than the original quote (for 1/4 of the work ), and this AFTER the bimbo he was training tore my mouth up. ( SO badly she was fired for it). STAY CLEAR....this guy has already had investigations done, but as typical, they just the name and keep on doing it. Oh, and NEVER NEVER EVER accept their "doc pay"...from DHS Ventures ( Dr. Ben H. Spivey), because when you want to discuss the terms with the "finance co., you are told "Oh, they don;t talk to patients". LOL Ya, riiiiiight. DONE. NEVER paying those incompetent thieves another penny.

This is one of the most money grubbing dentists I've been to. The girl who takes your info insist that you pay for work that hasn't been done yet. I had 28 bitewing ex rays and a panoramic. But they said they weren't good enough and i would have to pay for them again. I said NO and walked out! They only want your money!!!!!
