I have been going to them for all my Accounting needs for almost 8 years now, extremely pleased with the quality of there work and the prices they charge for there services. I have even had the opportunity to have them work on my family's computers and my business computers . They have nothing but your interest at heart. A slight issue occurred with one of my computers and they corrected the issue and didn't charge me in fact they refund me my money for my inconvenience . I highly recommend using CATS, Inc and I feel sorry that other people had a bad experience but they shouldn't give false claims

Very UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE/I COULD GO ON... ,charged me for a wrong diagnostic on my laptop...THEN they reformatted my tower,I had to install the driver for audio and install the adobe flash player my self....they are a rip off I wouldnt trust them with anything....
