Bough a home at Cherry Wood, because I was told, that it was a 55 years of age and up community, and that all the homes were occupy by their owners, but after i moved in, came to find out, many of the homes are rented out, and many have been empty for many years. Another ting is, that there isn't much cooperation from the property management here, when one call the main office, to ask for any help, all it get is an answering machine, and if you live a message never get any one to you back. The bill for what they have to offer at their club house is a high one, so I think that in buying my home here, I've made a big mistake, there are many other communities around here, that are are a lot better than this Cherrywood Properties, so do yourself a favor don't waste your money, buy a home here. I placed an order to for a sign for my mail box sign 2 month ago when I moved here, and I still waiting for it, and every time I've called to ask for it, all they tell me, is in back order. I may never be able to sell my home here, after I post this review, but I think this is the only way, I may be able to get this people to do at a little better job, than they are doing on this community.
