DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! They are unprofessional and rude. They damaged my bridesmaid dress and refused to cover the cost to replace it. They screamed at me and hung up the phone and wanted to bring lawyers into it. They admitted to causing damage to my dress but claimed they "fixed" it. Every time they "fixed" it they caused more damage to the dress.

The pregnant girl especially doesn't belong in customer service. She acts as though she hates her job. She is cold, detached, impolite and always gets my order wrong. I will not be using them again.
