I have used this business in the past, and they have yet to fail to impress me. I have came in so many times and they have fixed my computer right on the counter and told me not to worry about the charge. I have been a very loyal customer to this company and I plan to continue. I love the guys there.

Buyer beware

We have used CPU Ocala (Under new Name CPU OF OCALA/NEW OWNERS) in the past for computer viral removal and were pleased with the service. However DO NOT USE CPU OF OCALA, for installation/updating your computer. If they buy the parts their markup will be 87% above the price you can purchase the same product for on Newegg or at Bestbuy. Also make sure what you ask them to do they have done on your machine. I am not the only person that has had the issuse with this company. My co-workers who recommended CPU of Ocala has had the same problems.

There are new owners, however, the same employees, and the same service. I believe I know who you are, and we're sorry that we have to make a markup on parts, we do have to stay in business. Are markup isn't 87% and ESPECIALLY not 87% above bestbuy. Newegg has costs that sometimes we can not even beat. Bestbuy even sends their customers here when they know it's to expensive, so how are we to high? We have beat everyone's prices, before and after. We can not please everyone, but try very hard too, I am sorry that you are no longer doing business with us, but we are still doing business with you (for now).
