Top notch company. Lydia in the office was prompt to schedule my appointment. Several of our neighbors have DogWatch and Chris and Evan came highly recommended. I had seen other dogs in our neighborhood successfully contained, so they were the ones I knew could do the job well. The installation was to my satisfaction and the training professional. As it was explained to me, my dog took about a week to adapt to the new boundaries. My dog has been safe in the yard ever since. I highly recommend trusting this team with your pet.

Big waste of $630. We called this company because we wanted to be able to contain one medium sized dog within two doorways. Chris came to our home immediately after my call. He suggested a system I said fine ,paid him in full and scheduled the appointment for installation five days later(Monday) between noon and one. Monday morning at 9:20 an employee from this company arrived. I met him at the door and said our appt is at noon. He told me they had left a message asking if they could come earlier. I explained that I had taken the dog to the groomers and scheduled my day around that appt. He said he didn't "need " the dog for the installation, it only takes 30 minutes and pretty much walked in uninvited. He was wrong. At 10:50 I said I had to pick up one dog and drop one dog off. He said fine he'ld wait until I was back. When I got home he started working with the dog. He spent less than 10 minutes, he explained how I would have to continue working with the dog on the leash as he had. I did three more times that afternoon. When my husband came home from work the dog ran right thru the doorway. He paused midway thru the doorway to do a cartoonish looking jerk/jolt and continued to explore the entire neighborhood. When we finally got him we couldn't put a leash on him. He's scared of the leash, not the doorways. My husband is furious,as I am. The man that did the installation had to use a drill, which we expected. We assumed he would move the DVD recorder and clean up after he was finished. He did neither. Now me need a new DVD player/recorder and we cleaned up after him. We would not recommend this company or this product. We had used the actual invisible fence before with great results, we were trying to avoid putting the wire under ground. Now we wish we had, they did a great job and it worked without scaring the dog about the leash.
