I am delighted with the flooring and installation I purchased at East Coast Flooring. You might even say I was "tickled pink" with the results. The sales personnel were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The installers were "top notch" and exceptionally skilled in laying out the flooring. Should I need additional flooring, I would definitely chose East Coast Flooring on 441!

We could not have picked a better company to do our floor. They were there when they said they would. They had done two of our friend homes and they were very happy with the work. We could not of asked for a better job from picking out the floor at the show room to the completed job Thanks for everything.

Wonderful business to deal with. From the time we walked through the door, we met with sales associate Brian who is very knowledgeable, and who took the time to show us all of the different floors. Brian explained what floors would be best for us. We did not feel pressured and was allowed to take plenty of floor samples home to see what we would like.

Just had East Coast Flooring install laminate flooring in my master bedroom and I could not be happier. I have had other companies do flooring and had terrible results. The workers were so attentive to details that I was amazed. I would be honored to recommend this company and it's fantastic workers to any one looking for floors. From start to finish I did not have to lift a finger to do anything. I was also astonished at how well they cleaned up after the install. I had to do very little myself. They were so good that I will be contacting them to install the same floor in my other two bedrooms. A big thank you to the company and especially to the workers that were at my home. Hope to see you again soon.

ADVOID East Coast Flooring in Ocala FL and save yourself a lot of Grief. Way to many problems with them to even begin to post everything here. What a mess they made and never owned up to it. I wish someone had warned us before choosing this sorry company. Thomas Crook is the owner and treated us poorly. He would not listen just kept denying the shoddy job his workers did. TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP.

We recently had East Coast Flooring install laminare floors in our home. From the measuring to the finished job, they couldn't have done a better job. They had their own employees doing the work , not sub-contractors, like many others. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire job and we would gladly give them an A+ rating.

THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFFESIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I cant say enough about the whole team at East Coast. We had several other estimates for our wood floor and hadnt found anyone we were comfortable with until we went to East Coast and met with the owner Thomas Crook. The difference was apparent from the start. The level of professionalism and understanding of the products and installation was amazing. Thomas has a true passion for his work and was able to give us many options and ultimately find the perfect choice for our home. The crew who performed the installation were extremely neat and organized and the craftmanship was unbelievable. Our neigbors used to think there floors were top notch until they saw ours! I'm told the skills of all the men are due in part to the amount of professional training and education they have participated in. Thomas and the crew leader Darrell both hold numerous certifications and acheivement awards from the National Wood Flooring Association. Overall the whole experience could not have possibly been
