Emerald Shores Elementary School offers educational to students in grades kindergarten through five. The school operates under the Marion County Public Schools and is located in Ocala, Fla. Its curriculum includes reading, language arts, mathematics, health, social studies, science, art, music and physical education. The school faculties include a computer lab, science laboratory, a library and a media center. Emerald Shores Elementary School includes a child study team that provides diagnostic and consultative services to students in need of special education. The school provides English-as-a-second-language program to non-English speaking students and also offers basic skills improvement program that provides support for students who need assistance in the areas of reading, language and mathematics.
