After scheduling an appointment for estimate on window replacement, I called to confirm the appointment. The "lady" answering my call stated that building screen rooms start at $25,000.00 and was that something I'm willing to commit to? I explained I already had the room, I needed windows. She was VERY rude and wasn't concerned about what I wanted.
I cancelled my appointment! If this is what I had to go through for an estimate, I can only imagine what would happen if I hired them.
When I scheduled the appointment, I was told they did this kind of work, however this individual told me no.
Questionable company to say the least.
I contacted the company, however, they NEVER contacted me.
Glad this happened for the estimate, I will NEVER deal with this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied and scammed me into signing a contract with them to replace my tub with a stand up shower. Twice as expensive as it should have been and they made a mess in my home, did the worst job installing the shower which took months instead of two days and to top it off broke my toilet then promised to replace it by a field supervisor their “conman” and after they got the rest of their money said they weren’t going to replace the toilet. Lying, thieving and scamming is the service you get from Fairbank’s !

I love my new windows! I love the way they look and I love the way they protect my home.After going thru the high winds of a hurricane I began to look for windows to replace the original single pane windows that are put in the homes in the retirement village where I live. I made arrangements for a sales person from Fairbanks Construction to demonstrate their product and I have never been sorry for my decision to have the windows installed in the most vulnerable rooms of my home.The installation took place in a reasonable amount of time by friendly, courteous workers. When finished there was no sign of them having been here, except for the fact that my house has a new look and windows that have given me a feeling of security.

I am writing this review to thank the staff of Fairbanks Construction, who assisted us in the design and construction of our new sunroom. From your agent, Kurt, your installers, Ron and Earl, the electricians from Suter’s, to the office staff, Ashanti and April, with whom we dealt, my husband and I would like to take this opportunity to commend your workers for making this project and extremely pleasant experience. We will surely recommend your company to others interested in this product.

About a year ago, Fairbanks Construction installed replacement windows in our home and we are very satisfied with them and the installation. Everyone from the first man to come our home to measure for the openings to the final installer was very professional and helpful. When the windows arrived, the installation was performed in a timely manner and I was surprise at how well everything fit and was finished. The windows are well built, not flimsy and cheap like some home improvement stores sell, and they work smoothly and look good. I would not be afraid to recommend Fairbanks Construction to my friends or neighbors who may need to replace their windows. I know that they would get a quality job.

One lucky day when we were at the Paddock Mall for some routine shopping we noticed on display a fully constructed Fairbanks' sunroom. We looked, and we thought and we surmised, maybe this is what we needed. The gentleman who was on duty was quite helpful with comparative information and suggestions and offered to send a representative out to see us.Within days a representative made an appointment, visited, and went through all the details leading to our signing a contact to go ahead with the conversation of our “eyesore” porch. Without going into construction activity, suffice to say that we found the installers to be polite, professional and proficient with their work. As part of our overall agreement, Fairbanks also installed a breezeway connecting out house and garage. Both projects matched well with our needs, and the price was right!Soon after completion, we realized that this lovely sunroom can serve double-duty as a third bedroom, offering privacy and comfort to overnight g

When I first received information on the windows I thought the price was absurd. Expensive to say the least. I have been taken by other companies and their "claims".After a short research time I looked and found this company to be reputable. So I said "What the heck it’s only money!!!”WHAT A PRODUCT!! My electricity bill came down from 210.00 to 250.00 a month to around $175.00 a month. We went through Hurricane Frances and not a whisper of breeze came through the house- the windows told Hurricane Frances to take a hike. This is the FINEST investment I have ever made. Now for the kicker my home owners insurance took a 15% dive because of the windows. Talk about a reversal of judgment- you better believe me these windows are fantastic!
