I'm sorry for the lady who wanted a hair cut please understand first come first serve if a stylist is doing a hair color they can't skip or make that customer wait FS is a walk in salon the appt. You make are Courtesy appt. Some times there is no guarantee you will get that appt. I would advise calling before you go

I have no complaints. The hairdressers are friendly. I love my new do, and their hair products have helped my hair retain a healthy shine.

Can this business pay the BBB for an a rating? Why yes it can! The owner, who's persona is ugly, ugly, ugly, had dirty clothing and hair! " Appointments not needed" is completely untrue. I was told, by a man claiming to be the owner, to call and leave a message after 7 when the business was closed and they would get back to me to make an appointment. He could not color my roots at precisely 5 because they close at 7 but leave a message for an appointment after 7 pm?? Worse, I found that he owned the Fantastic Sams in Lady Lake also. This store used to be lively and friendly! Also they were open until nine. A glance at the hairdressers ,who were staring at me during my interaction with him, no doubt to see my reaction to this ____, looked frightened ! There are so so many salons that are classier, friendlier and with competative prices in Ocala that I can't beleive that I wasted my time walking into this place!
