I've been using this company for over 2 yrs. They freq "forget me" and I'll have to call to get my containers picked up. The most recent excuse--"we don't have a truck in the area". My bill is always paid well ahead. It happened again yesterday, the girl I called said they'd get it picked up, didn't. I finally quit them and am going back to someone dependable.
