We Hired Freddie and his crew to move us. We had been in our current house for 19+ years. We knew we had to Pack things tight and and right as we also had lots of breakables and tools that didn't exactly fit together well. Freddie and his crew were able to get EVERYTHING in the truck and when we unloaded nothing was broken. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A++

I hired Florida Palms moving helpers only. I made the mistake of not watching them as I was in the house packing last minute items.They parked their cars right next to my Ryder 24ft truck. I should have known then and asked them to park down the street! I had 2 Uhaul blankets set aside to pack my widescreen TV as I was taking that in my car. After they left I went to get the Uhaul blankets and they were missing. I assumed they didn't know I planned to use them for the TV and used them for other things. They were there when the moving guys got there.I assumed they used them not knowing I set them aside for my widescreen tv. When I arrived at my new destination I quickly realized I was missing two of 4 Ridgid tools duffle bags with over $500 in cordless tools. I went to look for the uhual blankets and they too were missing. They denied taking the blankets even though it was just the 2 Florida Palms empoyees my girlfriend and I in the house. I contacted the owner Fredrick and after much haggle agreed to take $400. The owner Fredrick did nothing but blame me of this and that. He then renigged on his offer after I left a bad review! Be warned and watch them especially if Fred is not there. The Blankets and duffle bag didn't grow legs and walk away!

They got my tools and I will leave my story everywhere.
